CLC is a privately held investment vehicle established to invest in land directly or within a corporate structure of existing entities through land ownership or optionality. Each underlying project is currently without planning but geographically advantageously placed to gain from potential planning in the medium term and has specific demographics and statistics to ensure long-term income from government-backed operators. 

CLC, through its resources, invests at least fifty per cent of the required capital for each project, with the balance being raised from a select group of HNW family offices and individuals on a project-by-project basis. Our core focus is on deploying capital that will allow the micro locations' genuine use and value to be unlocked while positively impacting job creation and servicing accommodation genres with some of the highest under-supply issues.
